Debbie Hernandez Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Hernandez of Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Price and Rosalee Price Estep; her husband Robert Hernandez; her stepfather Don Estep; and her brother-in-law Mike Whittenburg.
She is survived by: her sons, Payton Hernandez (Porchia) and Preston Hernandez (Kim); her grandsons, Miles Hernandez and Austin Hernandez; her siblings, Eddie Price (Debbie), JoAnne Manskar (Tom) and Karen McKennon (Scott); and her stepbrother Steve Estep (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lemley Chapel. A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in her honor be made to Sevier County Medical Center or to Elite Hospice.
