He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Laverne Meadows; his wife Brenda Meadows; his children, Jayme Meadows (Charmin), Jeff George (Tonya), Dustin Wiliker (Jessica), Eden Teague (Cary) and Courtney Putnam (Jesse); his siblings, Linda Jones (John Henry) and Scott Meadows (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Marsha Meadows and Velma Meadows; his grandchildren, Savannah George, Garrett George, Tyler Kendrick, Savanna Sims, Dalton Wiliker, Audrey Wiliker, Baleigh Rudder, Kaden Eakin, Parker Teague, Carsyn Hardy, Bella Teague, Ashton Eakin, Hudsyn Meadows, Fynlee Teague, Jemma Putnam and Dean Carter Putnam; his mother-in-law Betty Lewis; and his sister-in-law Donna Cravens. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
