We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Gene McCurrie of Russellville, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Pete Mccurrie and Johnnie Mccurrie (Duvall); his mothers-in-law, J. T. (Margaret Freeman) and Elzy Roy Young; his sisters, Vida Davis and Johnnie Murl Shelton; his siblings-in-law, Spider Shelton and Teresa Holbrook; and his close friend Junior Ross.

He is survived by : his wife Brenda McCurrie; his children, Carmon McCurrie (Audrey), Eugenia McCurrie and Matthew McCurrie (Clarrissa); his grandchildren, Zachary Steen (Gabrielle), Jake McCurrie, Reagan Steen, Dylan McCurrie, Maison Gordon (Cody) and Seth Hankins; his great grandchildren, Liam and Kennedy Gordon; his pet Libby; his friend Charlene Ross; and his grandsons, Scott Duvall, Michael Ross and Joe Bradley.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
