He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Lunsford. He is survived by: his mother Annabelle Shelly Lunsford; his wife Hazel Jean Lunsford; his sons, Dale Lunsford (Amber) and Gary Lunsford (Tennille); and his brother Larry Lunsford (Judy). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
