She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Vurnia Mae Parham McNutt; her siblings, Carl McNutt, Leroy McNutt (Buck), Gracie Duvall, Evelyn McNutt, Lola Norton and Iva May McNutt; and her pet Teddy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Worthen (Ken), Karen McElroy and Carla Westbrook (Neal); and her grandchildren, Brittany Helms (Matt), Dillon Pettus (Ashley) and Shawn Caleb Worthen (Samantha). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
