He was predeceased by : his parent Margaret Pernula. He is survived by : his wife Michelle Pernula; his parent Margaret Blair (Thomas); his daughter Tovi Rae Pernula; and his brothers, Matthew Pernula (Tammy), Jeff Harnick and Jamie Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
