He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Orvella and Dortha Eugene Bond Suter; his wife Phyllis Suter; and his siblings, Orvil Gene Suter and Bobbie Nell Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Tracy (Kristen Suter) and Kevin Suter. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
