He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Betker of Russellville; his grandson Wes Betker (Briana); his great grandchild Jaysen Betker; and his siblings, Clint West of Russellville, Cynthia Meila of Michigan and Mona Wallace of Havanna, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
