She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Justin and Wanda Gene Russell Simmons; and her brother William Lee Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Probert; her brother Jerry Wayne Simmons of Russellville; and her aunt Jewell (James Amstutz).
