She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Clyde Henry Kinslow and Dortha Dee Kinder Kinslow; her son Brian Steven Richter; and her grandson Baby Colin Locke. She is survived by: her husband Kurt Richter; her sisters, Jo Ann (Tommy Hill) and Bobbye (Sam Austin); her grandchildren, Eric Richter (Jessica Robison), Mitchell Locke, Amber (Wesley Beason), Nicholaus Richter, Jonathan Casey, Abbigale Sharp, Eli Locke, Skylar Reaves and Zoey Reaves; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Richter, Granger Beason, Bryar Beason, Rowan Richter and Emily Beason. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
