He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Thomas and Roxie Artie Bowden Hale; his wife Ann Hale; his sister Shirley; and his son-in-law Larry Massie.
He is survived by: his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Hale; his daughters, Renae Massie and Roxanne; his son-in-law Scotty Summers; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Jerry Canerday; his grandchildren, Erica Bevis (David), Jeremy Hale (Amy), Dylan Wheatley (Bridget), Jessica Floyd (Eric), Chelane Smith (Nolan), Casey Duvall (Eric) and Haley Wright (Tanner); and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Brooke, Meredith, Nate, Landen, Newton, Mason, Riley, Raigan, Ava, Harper, Channing, Lauchlan, Abby, Brilee and Emrie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shinn Funeral Service (800 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
