He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Barr; and his sister Cynthia Anne Melton. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Anne Barr; his wife Bonnie Barr; his children, Nikki Corona and Robin Deveau; his grandchildren, Analeace Deveau and Dakota Smith; and his siblings, Kathy Ann (Hans), Danny (Angie) and Cathy (JR).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Linc's honor to one of the following: First Baptist Church of Russellville, Crow Mountain Baptist Church or Crow Mountain Fire Department.
