He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Sr. Dickerson and Bettie Dickerson of Russellville, Arkansas.; his wife Paula Carlene Dickerson; his daughter Amber Carleigh Davis Morris; and his sister Bettie Ann Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Birchfield (Micah) and Maralyn Faulkenberry (Stacy); his grandchildren, Carter (Kennedy), Kane, Kyleigh Faulkenberry and Brentley Morris; his sibling's children, Scott Johnson (Karla), Brad Lyle (Linda), Jon Tidwell, Brad Gentry, Shauna Gilbraith (Scott), Amy Tadlock and Briony Jenkins (Chad); his siblings-in-law, Mitchell Tidwell (Laurie) and Pat Towry (Charles); and his goddaughter Christa Nishmuta.
