It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Kinsey of Russellville, Arkansas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Roy and Mary Velma Burrough Kinsey; and his wife Winnie Ellen Wing Kinsey. He is survived by : his children, Amy Billyard and Brad; his daughter-in-law Amy Kinsey; his brother Pat; his sister-in-law Carol Kinsey of Longview, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kerrigan, Kimberly, Kurt Kinsey, Tanner (Treva) and Braxton Billyard.
