She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Pipes and Alta Pipes (Kent); her husband Carroll W. Haley Jr.; her daughter Donna Alexander; and her siblings, Valta Fulford, Frances Pulis, Lucille Lawson, Evelyn Davis, Arthur Shaffer and Mearl Pipes.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Parker; her grandchildren, Wesley Brown, Erica Brown, Colt Brown and Alexis Smith; her sister Imogene Rouse; and her nieces, Loretta Houston (Charles) and Rachella Bressler. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
