Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Nancy for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Shirley and Mary Nobie Williams Shirley; and her husband T. C. Vining. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Jeffery Vining (Folake) of Orlando, John Wesley Vining (Ratna Surjadi) of Russellville, Arkansas and Angela Vining of Grand Prairie, Texas; and her great grandchild Hudson Porter. She is also survived by grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McFadden Cemetery (8970 Market St, Dover, AR 72837).
