It is with sadness that the passing of Patsy Pearl Howell (Russellville, Arkansas) is shared. Patsy, born on June 16, 1959, passed away on November 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Patsy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Norman and Violet Marie Parrish Young; and her siblings, Dennis Garrett, Jimmy Young, Bernice, Frances, Liz Brown and Virgina Sisk.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Milton Howell; her daughter Robin Darlene Howell; and her siblings, Steve, Adolph Young and Wanda Brewer.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church (400 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801).
