He was predeceased by: his brother Kent Winnie. He is survived by: his parents, James Winnie and Irene Winnie; his wife Pam Winnie; his children, Brandon (Tiffany Winnie), Ian (Elizabeth Morgan), Kimberly Butsch of Fayetteville and Katherine Morgan of Portage, Michigan; his brothers, George (Darla Winnie) and Keith (Kay Winnie); his siblings-in-law, Paul Dempsey of Lubbock, Texas and Shawn White of Lubbock, Texas; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Aimee, Ashlee, Logan Butsch, Gabriel, Samantha, Arya, Sophia, Bohdi Winnie, Haley and Brianna Morgan.
