He was predeceased by : his parents, Cathryn Evelyn White and Earl Hull; his grandparents, Roy and Kathrina White; and his uncles, Terry and Lee Roy White.
He is survived by : his wife Janice White; his children, Deserie Johnson, Brian of Atkins, Chad Burge and Kiley of Havana; his grandchildren, Drake Nelson, Ashlyn Hendon, Kaden Nelson, Zadie Burge, Zeke Burge and Zowie Dixon; his great grandchildren, Kyrie Hendon and Grayson Hendon; his sister-in-law Liz Parrish (Paul); and his aunts, Anna Johnson and Velma White.
