She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Dornan and Evelyn Dornan; her husband Steve Smith; her daughter Michelle Smith; and her siblings, Kathy Meadows, Wilma Taylor, James Honeycutt and Jimmy Don Dornan.

She is survived by: her partner Charlie Richards; her brothers, Bobby Joe Dornan (Elizabeth Ann) and Dennis Lloyd Dornan (Lora); and her granddaughter Bentley. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and family and friends.
