He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Reel and Thelma Haynes Reel; his wives, Darlene McNutt Reel and Bonnie Reel; and his sister Connie Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Nathan Reel (Danielle) and Mollie (Bryan Willcutt); his stepson Jesse Harrison (Mary); his brothers, Robert H. (Donette Reel), Donnie (Sharon Reel) and Jeffery (Linda Chapek); his brother-in-law Sam D. Warren; and his close friend Brian Williamson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
