Rosetta leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rosetta’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Rosetta will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Tharp and Jessie Tharp; her husband Floyd Chilcoat (Cutt); and her siblings, Charles Edward and Joyce Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Chilcoat of Branson, Missouri. and Shelli Taylor (Rick) of Russellville; her brother Richard Tharp (Cathy) of Carey, Ohio.; and her grandson Trevor Taylor (Brooke) of Dover.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Restoration Worship Center (2349 S Elmira Ave, Russellville, AR 72802).
