He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Joanne Starkey of South Burlington, Vermont; and his siblings, Billy Starkey, Bob (Michelle Starkey) and Catherine Lawson of Gainesville, Florida. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
