He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wade and Louise Wade (Caudell); and his siblings, Ed Wade and Ann Wade. He is survived by: his children, Sandi Ratliff (Greg), Danny Wade and Sarah Wood (Laven); his grandchildren, Mia, Sydney Ratliff, Zach Winton, Terilynn Davis, Chase Wade, Emma, Brandon, Grant, Barrett and John Wood; his sisters, Virginia Chandler (Troy), Lynn Sims (Donnie), Tammy Laymon (Bill) and Sharon Waldo (Danny); his niece Natalie Mardis (Sims); his great-nieces, Estella and Maebel; his great-nephew Wade Mardis; and his close friend Doyle Hill. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
