He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Baker and Veda Baker; and his siblings, Charles Baker and Betty Collins. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Baker; his children, Joseph Srutka III, Stephonie (Josh Wooten) and Jessica (Tim Bailey); his grandchildren, Stephen Blackstock, Laurann Raymond, Kelsey, Blaine Smith, Taylor Pendergraft, Brooklyn Guajardo, Faith McClure, Joseph Srutka IV, Tyler Bailey and Conner Bailey; his siblings, Margaret, Bill Grant, Vicki, Jim Betterton, Bob and Ruth Baker; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

In leiu of flowers the family asks donations be made to Gum Log Church Community Center.
