He is survived by: his wife Marie Heath; his sons, John Heath and Michael Heath of Russellville; his sister Luetricia Ann Heath Keller (Howard) of Escalon, California; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Egner (Clay) of Kansas City, MO, Ruth Wright of Hemet and Verla Cowen (Bobby) of Russellville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
