He was predeceased by: his parents, Elos Wilson and Beatrice Riley (Conditt); his siblings, Clifford Carl Riley and Betty Sue Riley; and his grandson Michael W. Cowell.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Provence; his daughters, Lee Anne PeGan (Mike Rajski) of South Bend, Indiana, Jennifer Riley Dilday (Jeff) of Tuckerman and Samantha Beth Anderson (Gray) of Cord; his grandchildren, Jonathan Yancey (Emily), Leah Harris (Jacob), Hannah A. Dilday Spera (Joey), Claire M. Dilday and Maggie E. Anderson; his great grandchildren, Faith A. Yancey, Charlee M. Harris, Cooper J. Harris and Alice M. Yancey; and his pet Iggy Riley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
