He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Heimbecker Ballard; and his former wife Jessica Sherrell Ballard. He is survived by: his father Barney Ballard; his wife Eve Banning; his children, Evan Ballard (Lexi), Tristan Ballard and Sarah Ballard (Jackson); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Theodora. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
