With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Everett Cochran (Salem, Arkansas), who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Charles Everett farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charles Everett is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Battles Cochran; his wife Georgia Lee Parks; his father Boyce Cochran; and his siblings, Treva Taylor, Betty Price and Wharton Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Cochran (Liz) of Little Rock, Barry Cochran of Cordoua, Tennessee and Cathy Manes (Steve) of Salem, Arkansas. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Byron Cemetery in Byron, Arkansas.
