He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pleasant and Eula Pleasant (Poe); his wife Margaret Pleasant; his grandson T. J. Pleasant; his brother Walter Pleasant; and his half-sister Anita Pleasant.
He is survived by: his children, Clifford Pleasant, Jr. (Cheryl) of Salem, Tom Pleasant (Raylene) of Salem, Arkansas and Pamela Pleasant Bryant of Brighton, Tennessee; his sisters, Linda Boss of Pueblo, Wanda Baker (Jim) of Pueblo West and Ruthie Popovich (Mike) of Pueblo West, Colorado; his grandchildren, Crystal Pleasant, Sheryl Lynn Bryant, Trey Pleasant, Clint Pleasant, Chase Pleasant and Maggie Gamal; and his caregiver Brenda Skelton. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery (429-491 S Main St, Salem, AR 72576). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
