He is survived by: his wife Reba Faye Sullins of Salem, Arkansas; his children, Danny Joe Sullins of Mayfield, Gary Wayne Sullins (Amanda) of Clinton, Kentucky, Mendi Knox of Clovis and Kallye Screen of Water Valley, Kentucky; and his brothers, Michael Ray Sullins (Tina) of Elizabeth and Terry Glenn Sullins of Southfork, Missouri.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
