He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Dave Cawvey and Bessie Evelyn Cawvey (Wallace); and his sisters, Faye and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cawvey; his sons, John David Cawvey (Selina) of Salem and Lewis Kindrick Cawvey (Becky) of Salem, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Starla, Tyler (Alina), Izzac (Samantha), Dakota (Myra) and Kaitlynn; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gracie, Lindsey, Amilia, Leona, Paisley and Laken; and his siblings, John Rex Cawvey (Diana) of Salem, Arkansas and Jo Ann Graves of Bellefonte, Arkansas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
