She is survived by : her parents, Fred Warren Permenter of Camp and Wanda Jean Permenter (Mayhall) of Heber Springs, Arkansas; her husband Jerry Zeigler of Salem, Arkansas; her children, Thomas Paul Cunningham (Denise) of Koshkonong, Missouri and Tonya Ann Gardner (Ricky) of Koshkonong, Missouri; and her sisters, Anna McClaughlin of Ozark and Loretta Permenter of Ward, Arkansas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to Legacy Hospice of Salem, Arkansas.
