She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Loomis and Julia Arda Loomis of Wakita, Oklahoma.; her husband Kermit Remil Bell; her brother Emmitt Eugene Loomis; her daughter Linda Kay Mattis; her granddaughters, Angela Kay Messenger and Shaunna Rene Lieb; and her great grandchild Kayla Rix.
She is survived by: her children, Katheryn Holyfield, Mary Bell and Jim Bell; and her grandchildren, Troy Bell, Ginger Shockley, Tony Rix, Sarah Rix, Brian Bell and Latitia Bell. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
