It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Kay Schumaker of Salem, Arkansas, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Joseph Thomas and Vernice Laurel Thomas (Jearrad); her husband Gregory Wade Schumaker; her daughter Cheryl Hazelwood; and her siblings, Connie Grochowski, Jim Thomas and Joseph Thomas.

She is survived by : her children, Ronald Schumaker of Licking, Michael Allen Schumaker of St. Petersburg, Florida and Dawn Traw (Doug Cunningham) of Salem, Arkansas; her son-in-law Jimmy Thomas of Salem, Arkansas; and her siblings, Robert Thomas, Jr. of Flagstaff, Arizona and Marian Bochi of Toledo, Ohio.
