He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dewayne and Hazel Louella Duncan (Godwin) of Salem, Arkansas; his siblings, Nicki Duncan of Phoenix, Kaitlyn Rollins (BJ) of Dyess, Arkansas, Alex Gale of Salem and Bryan Mullaney of Salem, Arkansas; his grandmother Earlene Duncan; his nephews, JJ of Dyess, Arkansas, Chris of Dyess, Arkansas, Caden of Dyess, Arkansas, Chevy of Dyess, Arkansas and Drake of Dyess, Arkansas; his uncles, Kevin Duncan (Angel) of Hot Springs, Charles Duncan (Sophia) of Osceola, James Godwin of Dyess and Timmy Hicks of Searcy, Arkansas; his aunt Patricia Sherrill (Lee) of Dyess, Arkansas; his girlfriend Alexis; and his brother-in-law Jonathan Prieto. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
