She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel William and Millie Ida Mask (Hester); her husband Wayne Blalock; and her son Russell Blalock. She is survived by: her son Dennis Wayne Blalock (Mary Ann) of Leachville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Daniel Lee Blalock, Nicholas Alan Blalock, Ashley Nicole Shattuck, Marcus Nathaniel Blalock and Chelsea Dawn Shaver; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Wayne Shaver and Addison Clair Shaver.
