He was predeceased by : his father Charles Wesley Frazier Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Genia Frazier of Salem, Arkansas; his children, Ricky Frazier (Carrie) of Salem, Arkansas and Mandy Baker (Zac) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Dylan Smith (Allison), Aubrey Baker and Abby Baker; his great grandchild Charlie Smith; his pet Lilly; and his siblings, Mitchell Frazier (Nancy) of Wirth, Charles "Charlie" Wesley Frazier III of Thayer, Missouri, Marilyn Arnold of Dallesport and Carolyn Ary (Tim) of Thayer, Missouri. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
