He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McFarren and Aldine McFarren (Shaw); his wife Karen McFarren; his siblings, Steve McFarren and Sandra "Sis" McFarren; and his daughter-in-law Sandra McFarren.
He is survived by: his son William Russell "Rusty" McFarren (Fara) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Chase Steed (Autumn), Chance Steed (Kelsie) and Chasity Moser (Brian); and his brother Terry McFarren (Windy) of Indiana. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barker Funeral Home - Salem (857 US-62, Salem, AR 72576). The military honors will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
