It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vanita Harris of Salem, Arkansas, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vanita Harris to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Alvin Smith and Laura Zepha Smith (Southard); and her siblings, Clyde Smith, Louise Moss, Almeta Blue and Loreta Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Tim Harris (Kim) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Karen Coffman (James) of Salem and Gayla Iberg (Craig) of Greenbrier, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mitch Harris, Jade Spotts (Justin), Sam Harris, Jace Owen (Jordan), Caden Owen (Kelsey), Autumn Coffman, Lakin Coffman, Misty Nelson (Bill), Stormy Iberg and Stoney Iberg (Katie); her great grandchildren, Pace Spotts, Conn Spotts, Rance Nelson, Tinsley Owen, Ryle Nelson, Hutch Spotts, Kash Owen and Ramsey Nelson; and her siblings, Calvin "Buster" Smith (Sue) of Salem, C. O. "Tuffy" Smith of Wheeling, Arkansas and Lee Stephens (Ken) of Owasso, Oklahoma.
