He is survived by: his spouse Terry; his children, Angela Lowder, Lisa Loggins (Randy), Steven Lowder (Shellie) and Kim Lowder; his siblings, Jerry Lowder (Nathlee) and Jewel Simcox; and his sisters-in-law, Floy Wright and Betty Jones. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
