With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Black (Scotland, Arkansas), who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Eoff Lowrance and Thomas Jefferson Lowrance; her siblings, Bernice Isaac (Edward), Geneva Black (Sam), Irma Webb, Jessie Franklin Lowrance, William Lowrance (Edna) and Wayne (Patti); her husband Freeman Black; her son Charles Franklin Black (Frankie); her grandson-in-law Brandon Bellamy (Shanna); and her children-in-law, Kim Black (Darrell) and Richard Stobaugh (Lovonne).

She is survived by: her children, Frances Bennett (Pee Wee), Leon Black (Charlotte), Yvonne McDearmon (Edward), Lovonne Stobaugh (Richard), Carl Black (Lisa), Charlene Black Johnson and Darrell Black (April); her grandchildren, Sue Bird (Del), Richard Stobaugh (Shelly), JoAnn Myers (Greg), Matthew Heather Biggs (Chelsie Rose), Sharon Bennett, Clint Black (Raelynn), Rissa Nicholson (Jeremy), Ashley Biggs (Aaron), Shanna Lynn Bellamy, Debbie Hoyle Boyd (Steven), Deloris Hoyle Rummel (Richard), Alisha Ray (Jordan), Britteny Hern (Jordan), Casey Black (Amanda), Melissa Collins (Sam), Mandie Kussmal (Shane), Misty Kuster, Nicholas Black, Cody Wayne Johnson and Chris Jones; and her siblings, Alma Loretta Bates (Adam), James Lowrance (Janna Lee) and Margie Meadows (Norman Lee). She is also survived by Great grand children as well as great great grandchildren.
