He was predeceased by: his father Elton Paul Mitcham. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Vance Mitcham; his children, Chris and Brittany Mitcham; his stepson Josh Raley; his grandchildren, Haven West, Olivia West, Bella Reeves, Connor Raley and Liam Raley; his mother Wanda Mitcham; and his siblings, Jeff Mitcham (Jeri Sue), David Mitcham and Jennifer Thomas (Scotty). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
