As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Betty may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Roper and Ruby Roper (Denton); her husband John Stovall, Jr.; and her brothers, Darrell Roper and Ottis Roper.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Stovall (Connie) of Scranton, Arkansas and Rita Athey (Paul) of Scranton, Arkansas; her siblings, Ronnie Roper (Becky) of Charleston, Arkansas and Barbara Koenigseder of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Chris Stovall (Becky) of Charleston and Erin Stovall of Scranton, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several other family members and friends.
