He is survived by: his children, John Robert Blackburn (Dennie M. Blackburn), Allissa Wicker, Cecil Wicker of Knoxville, Arkansas, Yolanda Martin-Haynes and Jimbo Snow of Atkins, Arkansas; and his sisters, Ora Williams, Gaylan Williams of Alma, Brenda Estep (Randall) of Coal Hill and Kim Blackburn of Alix, Arkansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
