He is survived by: his children, Candace Fuqua, Mark Walker, James Booth, Coy Booth, Ashley McCarty, Katie McCarty, April Gardner and Casey Gardner; his brother Timothy Booth; and his grandchildren, Violet, Delilah, Dillion, Joshua, Mason, Keegan, Jaxson, Grayson, Lila, Paxton, Wrenley, Slater, Aubrey, Christian, Gabriel and Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close family and friends.
