He is survived by: his wife Sally Wells; his daughters, Vicki Martin, Kathi Merritt (David) and Lori Dean (Dave); and his grandchildren, Kami Horton (Jim), Sam Shores (Amy), Joel Shores (Lori), Beverly Williams (Matthew), Melissa Jones (Brett), Jeremy Martin, Katrina Green (Barry), Rachel Simecek (Steve) and Phillip Dean. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Christian Home in Art's memory.
