She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Nealy and Rachel Irons (Millwood); and her brothers, Johnny Phillips and Howard Hargis. She is survived by: her children, Jason Carmichael (Erin) of Carrollton and Melissa Morris (Jason) of Searcy, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Abigayle, Addyson Morris of Searcy, Brady, Rylan, McKenna and Keegan Carmichael of Carrollton, Georgia; and her brother Frank Phillips of Heber Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
