He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Pryor and Estelle Pryor (Ellis); his wife Patsy Ruth Pryor (Norman); and his siblings, Dorothy Pryor Johnson and Robert "Bob" Pryor.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Roussel (Bill), Bruce Pryor (Elise McCauley) and Dr. Matthew Pryor (Amy); and his grandchildren, Ethan Pryor, Anna Roussel, Vivian Pryor and Emily Pryor.
