He is survived by: his wife Susan Self; his daughters, Rebekah (Steven Reilly) of Pearcy and Rachel (Derek Brown) of Stoutland; his grandsons, Lucas Reilly and Kade Brown; his mother Betty Sue Self of Kirby; his siblings, Gary (Dorothy Self) of Benton and Mechelle (Greg Smith) of Kirby; and his mother-in-law Margaret Young of Black Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
